Rod Nydam is the founder of the firm and has over twenty-five years of experience as a corporate attorney including over seventeen years of experience in large international law firms. Mr. Nydam was a partner in both Howrey LLP and McGuireWoods, LLP and also was an associate at Jones Day Reavis & Pogue, and Clifford Chance. Mr. Nydam is an experienced corporate and policy attorney with a broad base of expertise in providing advice to clients relating to (i) mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructuring, (ii) emerging growth and technology, (iii) energy transactions, (iv) business entity formation finance and governance, (v) Homeland Security and information sharing (CII, PCII, CIPAC, FOIA, FACA and Sunshine Laws), (vi) technology licensing, employment and other general transactional matters, (vii) real estate and (vii) trade association issues.
